Lladro Sells Rodeo Drive Investment Property
Lladro has been doing more than designing and selling porcelain figurines lately. According to an August article in the Los Angeles Times, Lladro was busy selling some of the property that it owns on Rodeo Drive in Southern California for a tidy profit.
Purchased in 1994 for just shy of $15 million, investors from Hong Kong purchased the three story building occupied by tenant Hugo Boss for $28 million. Even after a recent $3 million in improvements to the property, it still probably earned a couple million dollars from its real estate investment.
Lladro continues to own and occupy its storefront on Rodeo Drive.
